I'm moving to Iceland in a couple of days (to be an au pair), so I thought that I would share with you the things that I absolutetly want to do during my stay. 

Je vais être Au pair en Islande pendant dix mois. Je me suis donc dit que j'allais partager avec vous les choses que je veux absolument faire une fois sur place.

- See the northern lights/Voir des aurores boréales.

- See the midnight sun/Voir le soleil de minuit.
- Do a trek in the region of Landmannalaugar/ Faire de la randonnée dans le Landmannalaugar.
- Go to a concert in the Harpa concert hall in Reykjavik/ Aller à un concert dans la salle Harpa à Reykjavik.

- Go to the North West fjords/ Aller jusqu'aux fjords du nord Ouest.
- Learn at least 50 sentences in Icelandic/Apprendre au moins une cinquantaine de phrases en islandais.
- Spend one day at the Blue Lagoon/ Passer une journée au Blue Lagoon.

- Go to Reykjanesta cliffs/ Aller sur les falaises de Reykjanesta.

- Visit the golden circle/ Visiter le cercle d'or.

- Try all the pools in Reykjavik/ Tester toutes les piscines de Reykjavík.

- Swim in an outdoor geothermal spring water/ Prendre un bain dans une source d'eau chaude naturelle.

- Meet fellow au pairs/ Rencontrer des filles au pair venant du monde entier.

- Climb Mount Esja/ Grimper sur le Mont Esja.

- Do a cross country horseback riding (at least one day)/ Faire une randonnée à cheval à travers l'île.

- Celebrate the new year eve in Reykjavik/ Fêter le nouvel an à Reykjavík.
